| My wife and I think ASR is the best auto service in Roseville: professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. There is one problem that must be solved. A car should not be released with dirt and grease spots, both inside and outside. Cleanliness is important for: Customer Satisfaction: Enhances confidence in the service. Safety: Ensures visibility and reduces accident risks. Professional Image: Reflects well on the repair shop. Inspection Efficacy: Prevents masking of existing issues. Best Practices: Perform a thorough exterior wash. Detail the interior, including seats and surfaces. Wipe down windows and mirrors for clear visibility. Maintaining cleanliness is crucial for delivering quality service and customer trust. As they say, "The devil is in the details." |

| These guys did a really great job, and alerted me to an additional issue that would've been costly to repair in the future. Minus one star because it was not verbally pointed out to me that I would have to pay the service fee on a bank card (credit or debit). In fairness though, they did take me at my word that I would pay the bill and ordered my parts and prepared for repairs immediately upon my verbal approval. I will definitely use them in the future, but come prepared to pay cash. |

| Service by the team was timely and good - vehicle working good again. Didn't realize I was charged extra fee for card transaction, so bring cash if you got it - you'll save a bit. |

| We rely on Automotive Service of Roseville for most of our cars repairs. We have been using them for about four years, and are satisfied with their work. However, we are very disappointed that they are now charging a 2.5% fee for using a credit card, and do not accept checks as a way to avoid this fee. Since car repairs are very expensive these days, we are not sure if we can afford to continue to patronize this business. Very sad indeed. |

| I recvd a quote from ASR months ago and sat on things because of the cost. A year later, things got worse with our vehicle. Despite rising costs, ASR honored the quote given. We were able to get all of the items on our list repaired and it only took a day. I feel that ASR can be trusted with our vehicles, and with our lives! |
