| Great service - love having the car washed after the oil change... |

| I just moved to the area and was happy to find ASR when my AC failed. They did a good job identifying the problem, the repair came with a 2 year warranty, where my old mechanic only gave 1, and the drop off and pick up service was extremely helpful. I expect to be back when needed. I would have given 5 stars but for 1 thing. They were running a coupon for AC service when I came in and didn't volunteer that info or include it in the initial estimate. Fortunately I had seen it and was not too timid to ask. When I did, there was an immediate adjustment but I have been to other places that volunteer this info and it left me feeling less than completely trusting. |

| Good service and very friendly staff. One item was left off the service list and was not performed, but I did not pay for it either; something somewhat minor. |

| Very pleased with the overall service performed on my vehicle and the way I was treated as a customer. My only disappointment was that I asked to have my tires rotated while the brakes were being replaced. I was told that they had been rotated when I picked up the vehicle, but in fact they had not. I work on my car so I am aware of these details, my concern is for customers who are told a service is performed and they don't know how to confirm it has been. |

| I have always had a positive experience with ASR, so I'm hoping this last visit was an anomaly. I came in for a oil change and requested my tires be rotated and air checked. I also asked if they would replace a valve stem on one of the tires. I was told this would be no problem, but it wasn't done. Otherwise, they had me in and out in less than an hour. |

| I don't think it was right that we had to bring our van back several times to get it fixed when we told you at the very beginning that we heard noises & had the following lights on: tires, check engine, and brakes. We trusted your shop to identify the problems from our records & give us a true estimate; however, we had to pay diagnostic charges each time within one week period. We don't think that was appropriate for a long time customer who brings two different vehicles to your shop pretty regularly to be charged for diagnostic each time when it was already in your records to fix something but we just didn't have the money to fix it at that time. We can't afford to bring our vehicles back there anymore. Thank you! |

| We have been coming to ASR for years for multiple cars in our family, this is the first time I will give a low review just because of one employee. I called Chris because my husband's battery died and he said I can walk in the next day with no appointment necessary and he would be able to get the car done within a half hour. My husband walks in the next day and Chris turns him away saying they're too busy and to come back a few hours later, how would he if the car battery is dead? I called him back and tried to straighten it out based on what he told me the day before but Chris was not friendly or helpful. I am really unhappy with the customer service this time, totally not used to this or expected this from ASR. I'm always asking for Bill from now on, never had any issues with him before and he is super nice, informative and helpful. |

| Honestly it sucked. Paid 180$ for a check engine light diagnosis that wasn?t correct and didn?t even put my car back the way it was. A whole bunch of loose bolts were just sitting in my hood. Embarrassing. |

| I took my truck to your shop for an a/c service and a fuel hose replacement at the fuel filler neck. I told Brett that the hose had clearly been cut. Brett went on to say his tech could not find anything wrong so I needed a smoke test to locate the issue. It was later found to be cut. Also my a/c still does not work at all.. this shop was money spent on nothing |

| Initiated paperwork for double the amount quoted over the phone. Put down wrong milage last time by extra 5,000 miles. When leaving, glove box open, connecting part on floor of my car. Upon leaving, given "my key", found my key already in my ignition. I was handed someone else's key. All this and they have the nerve to increase their labor rate to $120.00/hour! |

| ASR charged me $110 dollars to diagnose my car, and they never really found out the problem with my ABS system. I was also charged $55 dollars on top of the diagnostic fee, for them to just tighten the connections to my ABS Module! I had to leave my car there 2 full days, for this to be done. Now my car is still messed up, after a couple of days it started to have the same problems- ABS/Brake light is back on, the AC doesn't work when this happens, the speedometer and the rpm gauge don't work either, when the ABS/Brake light is on! The car is still running rough as well, so no I am not happy. I am taking my car to the Roseville Toyota dealers tomorrow, hopefully they can help me fix this problem. |
