| Love these guys and will never take any of my vehicles to a different shop. Unintentionally, they have passed a couple integrity tests for me. (The first time I brought my vehicle to them was for a 2nd & 3rd opinion and they could have EASILY up-sold me and basically taken advantage of me but they didnt and I learned that after that fact) Ever since then Ive brought every vehicle Ive owned to them. EVERY TIME they deliver on what they quoted me. If they say they're going to call me back by a certain time, they do. My vehicle is ALWAYS ready by the time they quote to me. No hidden charges ever. The same guys have been working there for years and are always pleasant and up front on quotes. And for me, you can put a price on any of those qualities in an auto shop. The work is always quality and Ive never had to bring a vehicle back for follow up work or anything like that. Customer for life here. |

| They do great work and are the most honest place I have found. I repeatedly had multiple supposedly needed repairs according to Midas on Foothills Blvd, and my car did not run properly. I took it to ASR and had a bumper to bumper check on it. There was duct tape on the intake air duct (I surely did not put it there), that could only have occurred after going to Midas. No one at Midas told me anything about any problem they experienced while replacing yet another part in the engine compartment. I absolutely had to have the intake air duct replaced because my car would not pass smog inspection with the duct tape on there. Any time they spot something when just having an oil change or smog, they let me know when something will need to be done, and will often show me what they are talking about, as well as letting me about how much time I may have before it becomes critical to replace. I do appreciate these guys' hard work and efforts to help keep my 16 year old car on the road. Call them and ask what they do, they can do quite a lot from oil changes, certified CA smog center, inside repair/replacement, most electrical work, and are always courteous. Thank you so much guys!!! |
